Maurice Young (born November 23, 1973 in Miami, Florida), better known as Trick Daddy, is an Atlantic Records recording artist. Originally billed as Trick Daddy Dollars, and sometimes known as T Double D, Young grew up in the Liberty City section of Miami, Florida, arguably the city's roughest area. He was named one of the "Top 5 Daddies in Hip Hop" by recording artist John Mayer on his television show. He speaks about his brother, Hollywood, in his first album, "Based On A True Story". Hollywood was murdered, having been shot 100+ times. Trick Daddy was into selling drugs when he was younger and was addicted to cocaine. He's no longer a cocaine user. He is rumored to be signing with G-Unit Records.
